In general, a door roller is installed on a lower frame of a door including a sliding door to facilitate movement. When opening and closing a sliding door or a large sash door, the door roller is used to smoothly open and close the door by installing roller wheels under the frame and using rotation. The conventional door roller has a problem in which noise is generated due to loosening of a coupling screw of the door roller due to external shock or vibration. The present invention relates to a door roller to prevent loosening of screws for the door roller from the frame due to vibration or external shock when the door roller is coupled to a door frame and used.
일반적으로 슬라이딩 도어를 포함하여 도어의 하부 프레임에는 움직임이 용이하도록 호차를 설치한다. 상기 호차는 슬라이딩 도어나 대형 새시 문 등을 열고 닫을 때 프레임 하부에 롤러 바퀴를 설치하여 회전을 이용하여 부드럽게 문을 열고 닫기 위해 사용한다. 그러나 종래의 호차는 외부 충격이나 진동에 호차의 결합 나사가 풀려 소음이 발생했다. 본 발명은 이를 방지하도록 호차를 도어 프레임에 결합하여 사용할 때 진동이나 외부 충격으로 인해 프레임으로부터 호차 나사가 풀리는 것을 방지하기 위한 나사 풀림 방지 호차에 관한 것이다.
