The present invention relates to a new apparatus for manufacturing a synthetic molded wood with a steel plate reinforcement and a synthetic molded wood with a steel plate reinforcement, wherein the apparatus forms a plurality of through holes after washing and drying a steel plate, bends both ends of the steel plate, pre-heats the bent steel plate, and supplies the steel plate to a synthetic wood molding unit while supplying a synthetic resin composite, in which wood powder, walnut shells, and coffee husk powder are added to synthetic resin, into the synthetic wood molding unit, molding a synthetic molded wood with a steel plate reinforcement, and firstly and secondly cooling the same. Accordingly, durability and rigidity of the synthetic molded wood with the steel plate reinforcement are secured, and the synthetic wood molding unit is prevented from molding a synthetic molded wood with a defective steel plate reinforcement due to foreign materials or oil when molding the synthetic molded wood with the steel plate reinforcement.
본 발명은 강판을 세척 건조 후 다수개의 통공을 형성시켜 강판의 양측을 절곡되어진 절곡강판을 예열시키고 합성목재 금형부에 공급하면서, 합성수지에 목재분말, 호두껍질, 커피껍질분말을 첨가한 합성수지혼합물을 합성목재 금형부의 내부공급하여 강판보강재가 내장된 합성성형목재를 성형시킨후, 1,2차로 냉각시켜서, 강판보강재가 내장된 합성성형목재의 내구성 및 강성을 확보하고 강판보강재가 내장된 합성성형목재를 성형시 이물질 및 기름기에 의해 합성목재 금형부에서 불량 강판보강재가 내장된 합성성형목재를 성형시키는 것을 원초적으로 방지하도록한 새로운 강판보강재가 내장된 합성성형목재장치 및 강판보강재가 내장된 합성성형목재에 관한 것이다.
