2 Preparing methoed of manhole cover using double mold
The present invention relates to a manhole cover manufacturing method using a double mold for increasing production efficiency of a manhole cover. The manhole cover manufacturing method of the present invention comprises the following steps of: (S10) preparing a first mold (10) formed with a casting molding groove (11) having a manhole cover shape; (S20) preparing a second mold (20) formed with a casting molding groove (21) same as the first mold (10); (S30) preparing a core plate (30) where characters or patterns are formed on an upper surface and a lower surface in a form of intaglios or embossments; locating the core plate (30) between the casting molding grooves (11, 21) and preparing a double mold by mounting the second mold (20) on an upper part of the first mold (10); (S50) filling molten iron (S) into the first mold (10) and the second mold (20); and (S60) after hardening the molten iron (S) for a certain period of time, separating the second mold (20) and the core plate (30) from the upper part of the first mold (10), and separating manhole covers (1, 2) from the first mold (10) and the second mold (20) to collect the molded manhole covers (1, 2).
본 발명은 몰드를 너비 방향이 아닌 높이방향으로 2중으로 배치시키고 각 몰드의 칸막이 역할을 하는 중자판을 2중몰드 내부에 설치하여 한정된 공간 및 시간당 맨홀뚜껑을 생산해 낼 수 있는 생산 효율성을 높일 수 있는 2중몰드를 이용하는 맨홀뚜껑 제작공법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 2중몰드를 이용하는 맨홀뚜껑 제작공법은 상부면에 문자 또는 무늬가 형성되며 맨홀받침의 상부에 안착되는 원형 또는 사각의 맨홀뚜껑을 제작하는 공법에 있어서,외곽형틀의 내부에 모래로 다짐되며 맨홀뚜껑의 형태를 갖는 주물성형홈(11)이 형성된 제1몰드(10)를 준비하는 단계(S10); 제1몰드(10)와 동일한 주물성형홈(21)이 형성된 제2몰드(20)를 준비하는 단계(S20); 모래와 레진의 혼합물로 이루어지고 높은 경도를 갖으며 상부면과 하부면에 문자 또는 무늬가 음각 또는 양각의 형태로 형성되고 상기 주물성형홈(11,21) 보다 큰 직경을 갖는 원형 또는 사각형태의 평판형 중자판(30)을 준비하는 단계(S30); 상기 제2몰드(20)의 주물성형홈(21)이 바닥을 향하며 상기 중자판(30)이 각 주물성형홈(11,21) 사이에 위치되게 하고 제2몰드(20)를 제1몰드(10)의 상부에 안착시켜 2중몰드를 준비하는 단계(S40); 상기 제1몰드(10)와 제2몰드(20)의 각 주물성형홈(11,21)으로 용융된 쇳물(S)을 충진시키는 단계(S50); 상기 쇳물(S)을 일정시간 굳힌 후 제2몰드(20)와 중자판(30)을 제1몰드(10)의 상부에서 분리하고 굳어진 각 맨홀뚜껑(1,2)을 제1몰드(10)와 제2몰드(20)로부터 분리시켜 성형된 맨홀뚜껑(1,2)을 수거하는 단계(S60)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
