2 Preparing methoed of Mnhole support using double mold
The present invention manhole support manufacturing method using a double mold, and more specifically, to a manhole support manufacturing method using a double mold, in which molds are doubly arranged in the height direction other than the width direction and a core plate serving as a partition of each mold are installed inside the double mold so as to increase the production efficiency for producing manhole supports per hour in a limited space. The manhole support manufacturing method using the double mold of the present invention includes a step (S10) of preparing a first mold (10), a step (S20) of preparing a second mold (20), a step (S30) of preparing a core frame (30), a step (S40) of preparing the double mold, a step (S50) of charging molten iron (S), and a step (S60) of collecting molded manhole supports (1, 1').
본 발명은 2중몰드를 이용하는 맨홀받침 제작공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세히는 몰드를 너비 방향이 아닌 높이방향으로 2중으로 배치시키고 각 몰드의 칸막이 역할을 하는 중자판을 2중몰드 내부에 설치하여 한정된 공간 및 시간당 맨홀받침을 생산해 낼 수 있는 생산 효율성을 높일 수 있는 2중몰드를 이용하는 맨홀받침 제작공법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 2중몰드를 이용하는 맨홀받침 제작공법은 내부 중공형인 맨홀받침몸체(2,2')의 하부에 플랜지(3,3')가 형성되고 상측으로 맨홀받침이 안착되게 맨홀받침몸체(2,2')의 내측으로 받침턱(4,4')이 형성된 원형 또는 사각의 맨홀받침(1,1')을 제작하는 공법에 있어서,외곽형틀의 내부에 모래로 다짐되며 상기 맨홀받침이 성형될 수 있게 받침턱 성형단턱(12a)이 형성된 맨홀받침몸체 성형홈(12)과 맨홀받침몸체 성형홈(12)의 상단에 형성된 플랜지 성형홈(13)으로된 주물성형홈(11)을 갖는 제1몰드(10)를 준비하는 단계(S10);상기 제1몰드(10)의 상측으로 상호간에 마주하여 설치될 수 있게 제1몰드(10)와 동일한 주물성형홈(21)을 갖는 제2몰드(20)를 준비하는 단계(S20);모래와 레진의 혼합물로 이루어지고 높은 경도를 갖으며 상기 주물성형홈(11,21)의 플랜지 성형홈(13,23)) 사이에 배치되는 원형틀 또는 사각틀 형태를 갖으며 내측둘레부에 상,하부로 일정높이 돌출되어 맨홀받침몸체 성형홈(12)으로 배치되는 돌출편(31)이 형성된 중자틀(30)을 준비하는 단계(S30);상기 제2몰드(20)의 주물성형홈(21)이 바닥을 향하며 상기 중자틀(30)이 각 주물성형홈(11,21) 사이에 위치되게 하고 제2몰드(20)를 제1몰드(10)의 상부에 안착시켜 2중몰드를 준비하는 단계(S40);상기 제1몰드(10)와 제2몰드(20)의 각 주물성형홈(11,21)으로 용융된 쇳물(S)을 충진시키는 단계(S50);상기 쇳물(S)을 일정시간 경화시킨 후 제2몰드(20)와 중자틀(30)을 제1몰드(10)의 상부에서 분리하고 경화된 각 맨홀받침을 제1몰드(10)와 제2몰드(20)로부터 분리시켜 성형된 각 맨홀받침(1,1')을 수거하는 단계(S60)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
