An organic waterproof layer bonded to concrete including a surface reinforcing layer that prevents deterioration of concrete and corrosion of reinforcing bars and sufficiently secures air permeability and bonding strength with organic coatings on the surface is proposed. The waterproof layer is an organic waterproof layer bonded to concrete including a surface reinforcement layer. The organic waterproof layer includes a primer layer, a waterproof fabric layer, a waterproof adhesive layer, and a waterproof layer. The surface reinforcement layer includes a reinforcement layer and a pottery porous body. The reinforcement layer contains an inorganic reinforcing agent including alkali silicate, a water-soluble resin, and an organic binder. The pottery porous body includes a plurality of pores and contains 1 to 5% by weight based on the total weight of the surface reinforcement layer.
콘크리트의 열화 및 철근의 부식을 방지하고 표면에서의 통기성 및 유기계 도막과의 결합력을 충분하게 확보하는 표면강화층을 포함하는 콘크리트에 접합되는 유기계 방수층을 제시한다. 그 방수층은 표면강화층을 포함하는 콘크리트에 접합되는 유기계 방수층에 있어서, 유기계 방수층은 프라이머층, 방수직물층, 방수접착층 및 방수층을 포함하고, 표면강화층은 강화층 및 옹기다공체를 포함하며, 강화층은 알칼리규산염을 포함하는 무기질 강화제, 수용성 수지 및 유기바인더를 함유하고, 옹기다공체는 다수의 기공을 포함하며 표면강화층 전체중량에 대하여 1~5중량%를 포함한다.
