Organic waterproof layer adhering metal roof parts having surface reinforcement layer
Disclosed is an organic waterproof layer attached to a metal roof material having a surface reinforcement layer so as to prevent deterioration of the metal roof material by securing sufficient bonding force between a protective layer of the metal roof material and the organic waterproof layer. The organic waterproof layer which is attached to the protective layer of the metal roof material including the surface reinforcement layer includes a primer layer and a waterproof layer, wherein the surface reinforcement layer includes a reinforcement layer and porous ceramic bodies, the reinforcement layer contains a mineral reinforcing agent including an alkali silicate, a water soluble resin, and an organic binder, and the porous ceramic bodies have a plurality of pores and are included 1 to 5 wt% based on the total weight of the surface reinforcement layer.
속지붕재 보호층과 유기계 방수층과의 결합력을 충분하게 확보하여 금속지붕재의 열화를 방지하는 표면강화층을 포함하는 금속지붕재에 접합된 유기계 방수층을 제시한다. 그 방수층은 표면강화층을 포함하는 금속지붕재의 보호층에 접합되는 유기계 방수층에 있어서, 상기 유기계 방수층은 프라이머층 및 방수층을 포함하고, 표면강화층은 강화층 및 옹기다공체를 포함하며, 강화층은 알칼리규산염을 포함하는 무기질 강화제, 수용성 수지 및 유기바인더를 함유하고, 옹기다공체는 다수의 기공을 포함하고 표면강화층 전체중량에 대하여 1~5중량%를 포함한다.
