A DEEP SOIL MIXING TREATMENT EQUIPMENT FOR CONSTRUCT HOMOGENEOUS UNDERGROUND IMPROVEMENTS AND A DEEP SOIL MIXING TREATMENT METHOD USING THEM
The present invention relates to deep soil mixing equipment, which uniformly injects a solidifying material over the entire work section and mixes the same with the soil, regarding a ground improvement to be formed in the ground to improve soft grounds, to form a homogeneous ground improvement, thereby maximizing the effect of ground improvement and being easily managed, and a deep soil mixing method using the same. The deep soil mixing equipment comprises: a leader installed in crane equipment; a plurality of rod units for mixing and stirring the underground soil and a solidifying material while moving up and down along the leader, wherein a connecting rod, a stirring rod, and an excavation rod are sequentially connected; a rod operating unit installed on top of the rod units to operate the rod units; and a guide pipe located in the center of the plurality of rod units, and having a lower end located above the stirring rod. The excavation rod has a penetration discharge unit for discharging the solidifying material when the rod units penetrate through the ground. A lower end of the guide pipe has a drawing discharge unit provided to discharge the solidifying material when the rod units are pulled out. Solidifying material pipes for supplying the solidifying material to the drawing discharge unit are located on the outer surface of the guide pipe and are provided so that some thereof can be separated from each other.
본 발명은 연약지반을 개량하기 위하여 지중에 형성시키는 지중개량체에 대하여 고화재가 작업구간 전체에 대하여 균일하게 주입되어 토사와 교반되도록 함으로써 균질의 지중개량체를 형성시켜 지반개량의 효과를 극대화시키면서 관리가 용이하게 구성시킨 심층혼합처리장비 및 이를 이용한 심층혼합처리공법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 심층혼합처리장비는, 크레인장비에 설치되는 리더와, 상기 리더를 따라 승하강하면서 지중 토사와 고화재를 혼합 교반시키는 것으로서, 연결로드와 교반로드 및 굴착로드가 순차 연결된 로드유닛의 다수 개와, 상기 로드유닛의 작동을 위해 그 상부에 설치되는 로드작동부 및, 상기한 다수 개의 로드유닛 중앙에 위치하면서, 하단이 교반로드보다 상부에 위치하는 가이드파이프로 이루어지는 것으로서, 상기 굴착로드에는 로드유닛의 지중 관입시 고화재를 토출하는 관입토출부가 구비되고, 상기 가이드파이프의 하단에는 로드유닛의 인발시 고화재를 토출하는 인발토출부가 구비되며, 상기 인발토출부에 고화재를 공급하기 위한 고화재관로는 가이드파이프의 외면에 위치하면서 일부가 분리될 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to deep soil mixing equipment, which uniformly injects a solidifying material over the entire work section and mixes the same with the soil, regarding a ground improvement to be formed in the ground to improve soft grounds, to form a homogeneous ground improvement, thereby maximizing the effect of ground improvement and being easily managed, and a deep soil mixing method using the same.
