The present invention relates to a frame for an entry doorframe of a prefabricated freezer/refrigerator, capable of easily, simply and neatly installing a heating wire required for the prevention of hardening of a sealing packing and the prevention of frost through a doorframe installed at an entry doorframe of a prefabricated freezer/refrigerator, maximizing the convenience of inspection about whether the heating wire is abnormal during the use of a refrigerator or the replacement of the heating wire (when the heating wire is disconnected or deteriorated), and, furthermore, making a contribution to an enhancement in the structural strength and durability of the doorframe. A doorframe (100) is formed into a rectangle of which the length is longer than the cross-sectional width thereof, has an outer circumference surrounded by an aluminum rib thickness (101), and is substantially coupled by a reinforcing rib (102) between first, second, and third empty space portions (111, 112, 113) on the inside; a hinge fixing bolt head coupling groove (130) is formed on the front side of the doorframe (100) to easily couple a hinge device by inserting a hinge fixing bolt when a hinged door is installed at the entry door; at least one circular heating wire coupling groove (140) is formed on an outer side of the doorframe (100) to prevent frost and hardening of the sealing packing; and a cover plate (160) is coupled to be easily detachable with an outer side in which at least one or two circular heating wire coupling grooves (140) are engraved, to finish the circular heating wire coupling grooves (140) in an nonexposed state by covering the grooves.
본 발명은 조립식 냉동·냉장고 출입구에 설치되는 문틀 프레임을 활용하여 성애 방지 및 기밀용 패킹의 경질화 방지에 필요한 히팅열선을 쉽고 간단하면서도 깔끔하게 설치할 수 있고, 냉장고 사용 중 열선의 이상 유무에 대한 점검 또는 열선의 교체작업(열선이 단선되거나 노후된 열선의 교체)의 편의성 또한 더욱 극대화시킬 수 있으며, 나아가 문틀 프레임의 구조적인 강도와 내구성 증대에도 도움되는 조립식 냉동·냉장고의 출입구 도어 문틀용 프레임에 관한 것으로서, 문틀 프레임(100)은 그 단면상 폭에 비해 길이가 긴 직사각형으로 이루어지고, 외부 둘레에는 알루미늄살두께(101)가 감싸져 있으며, 내부에는 제1,2,3 빈공간부(111,112,113) 사이에 보강살(102)에 의해 견고히 결속되는 것과; 상기 문틀 프레임(100) 전면에는 출입문에 여닫이 도어를 설치할 경우 힌지고정볼트를 끼워서 힌지장치를 용이하게 결합시킬 수 있는 힌지고정용 볼트머리 결속홈(130)이 형성되는 것과; 상기 문틀 프레임(100) 바깥쪽 측면에는 성애 및 기밀용 패킹 경질화를 방지하기 위한 하나이상의 히팅원형열선결합홈(140)이 형성되는 것과; 상기 히팅원형열선결합홈(140)이 하나 또는 두개이상 복수로 음각되는 그 외측에는 상기 히팅원형열선결합홈(140)을 가려서 외부와 비노출 상태로 마감하는 덮개판(160)을 탈착이 용이하게 결속시켜서 된 것이다.
