The present invention relates to a prefabricated door frame. The rectangular door frame fixed to a wall includes: a first frame having curved surfaces at both sides; and a second frame and a third frame fixed to both sides of the first frame and adhering to the wall, wherein the first frame is formed in a trapezoid having the curved surfaces at both sides and the second frame and the third frame are provided to be mutually symmetric, are formed in a shape of ㄷ, and have insertion grooves into which both ends of the first frame is inserted at one side. And, one or more coupling grooves are formed on one side of one surface of the first frame, one or more first grooves are formed on the other side thereof, coupling protrusions corresponding to the coupling grooves are formed on one side of the second frame, and second grooves corresponding to the first grooves are formed on one side of the third frame. Also, a fixing groove is formed on the curved surface of one side of the first frame, a buffer member is inserted and fixed into the fixing groove, the fixing groove is formed like an arrowhead having a triangular end portion, and the buffer member comprises an insertion fixing protrusion inserted into the fixing groove and a semi-circular buffer part exposed to the outside. Accordingly, the prefabricated door frame can innovatively reduce a manufacturing cost while a width of the door frame is variably manufactured and replace only a part of the frames in case of damage to also reduce a maintenance cost.
본 발명은 조립식 문틀에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 벽체에 고정되는 사각형의 문틀에 있어서, 양측에 곡면이 형성되는 제1프레임과; 상기 제1프레임의 양측에 고정되며, 벽체에 밀착되는 제2프레임 및 제3프레임으로 형성된다. 이때, 상기 제1프레임은 양측에 곡면이 형성된 사다리꼴로 형성되고, 상기 제2프레임 및 제3프레임은 상호 대칭으로 구비되되 'ㄷ'형태로 형성되고 일측에 상기 제1프레임의 양단이 삽입되도록 삽입홈이 형성된다. 그리고, 상기 제1프레임의 일면 일측에는 하나 이상의 결합홈이 형성되고, 타측에는 하나 이상의 제1홈이 형성되며, 상기 제2프레임의 일측에는 상기 결합홈과 대응되는 결합돌기가 형성되고, 상기 제3프레임의 일측에는 제1홈과 대응되는 제2홈이 형성된다. 또한, 상기 제1프레임의 일측 곡면에는 고정홈이 형성되고, 상기 고정홈에는 완충부재가 삽입 고정되며, 상기 고정홈은 단부가 삼각형태의 화살촉과 같이 형성되고, 상기 완충부재는 상기 고정홈에 삽입되는 삽입고정돌기와, 외부로 노출되는 반원형태의 완충부로 이루어진다. 이에 따르면, 문틀의 폭을 다양하게 제작하는데 제조 비용을 획기적으로 줄이고 파손시 일부의 프레임만 교체하여 유지 비용 역시 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a prefabricated door frame. The rectangular door frame fixed to a wall includes: a first frame having curved surfaces at both sides; and a second frame and a third frame fixed to both sides of the first frame and adhering to the wall, wherein the first frame is formed in a trapezoid having the curved surfaces at both sides and the second frame and the third frame are provided to be mutually symmetric, are formed in a shape of ㄷ, and have insertion grooves into which both ends of the first frame is inserted at one side. 본 발명은 조립식 문틀에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 벽체에 고정되는 사각형의 문틀에 있어서, 양측에 곡면이 형성되는 제1프레임과; 상기 제1프레임의 양측에 고정되며, 벽체에 밀착되는 제2프레임 및 제3프레임으로 형성된다. 이때, 상기 제1프레임은 양측에 곡면이 형성된 사다리꼴로 형성되고, 상기 제2프레임 및 제3프레임은 상호 대칭으로 구비되되 'ㄷ'형태로 형성되고 일측에 상기 제1프레임의 양단이 삽입되도록 삽입홈이 형성된다. 그리고, 상기 제1프레임의 일면 일측에는 하나 이상의 결합홈이 형성되고, 타측에는 하나 이상의 제1홈이 형성되며, 상기 제2프레임의 일측에는 상기 결합홈과 대응되는 결합돌기가 형성되고, 상기 제3프레임의 일측에는 제1홈과 대응되는 제2홈이 형성된다. 또한, 상기 제1프레임의 일측 곡면에는 고정홈이 형성되고, 상기 고정홈에는 완충부재가 삽입 고정되며, 상기 고정홈은 단부가 삼각형태의 화살촉과 같이 형성되고, 상기 완충부재는 상기 고정홈에 삽입되는 삽입고정돌기와, 외부로 노출되는 반원형태의 완충부로 이루어진다. 이에 따르면, 문틀의 폭을 다양하게 제작하는데 제조 비용을 획기적으로 줄이고 파손시 일부의 프레임만 교체하여 유지 비용 역시 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
