The present invention relates to a building panel for heat insulation and sound insulation to prevent floor noise. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the building panel for heat insulation and sound insulation comprises: a first soundproofing part including a plurality of first protrusions formed in a lattice arrangement on the upper surface, which are formed in a protrusion shape and have a shape with an upper end cut parallel to the bottom surface, the blocked upper surface, and the open lower surface, and a pair of hollow first soundproofing sheets folded vertically at the center of the first protrusions so that a predetermined space is formed between the protrusions having a second length, wherein protrusions having a first length and protrusions having the second length shorter than the first length are alternately formed to intersect each other; a polyethylene center sheet mounted on the upper surface of the first soundproofing part; a second soundproofing part including a plurality of second protrusions formed in a lattice arrangement on the lower surface to be symmetrical up and down with the first soundproofing part by using the center sheet as a boundary and misalign with the center of the protrusions of the first soundproofing part, and a pair of hollow first soundproofing sheets folded vertically at the center of the second protrusions so that a predetermined space is formed between the protrusions having a second length, wherein protrusions having a first length and protrusions having the second length shorter than the first length are alternately formed to intersect each other; a filler foamed and filled in spaces except for the first protrusions of the first soundproofing part and center sheet and the second protrusions of the second soundproofing part and center sheet; an exposed sheet bonded to the lower surface of the first soundproofing sheet and the upper surface of the second soundproofing sheet to close the open lower and upper surfaces of the first and second soundproofing sheets; and a heat insulation sheet disposed between the first soundproofing sheet and the center sheet and between the center sheet and the second soundproofing sheet to form an air layer. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 단열 및 차음을 위한 건축용 패널은, 상면에는 돌기형으로 이루어지고 상단이 밑면과 평행하게 절단된 형상으로 상면은 막히고 하면이 개방되는 복수개의 제1 돌기부가 격자 배열로 형성되되, 교차적으로 제1 길이의 돌기와 제1 길이보다 낮은 제2 길이의 돌기가 교차 형성되며, 제1 돌기부의 중앙에는 중공이 형성된 제 1 방음시트 한 쌍이 상하 방향으로 서로 접철 구비되어, 제2 길이의 돌기들 사이로 소정 공간을 형성하는 제1 방음부; 제 1 방음부의 상면에 장착되는 폴리에틸렌 센터시트; 하면에는 제 1 방음부와 센터시트를 경계로 상하 대칭을 이루며, 제1 방음부의 돌기부의 중심과 어긋나게 맞닿도록 복수개의 제2 돌기부가 격자 배열로 형성되되, 교차적으로 제1 길이의 돌기와 제1 길이보다 낮은 제2 길이의 돌기가 교차 형성되며, 제2 돌기부의 중앙에는 중공이 형성된 제1 방음시트 한 쌍이 상하 방향으로 서로 접철 구비되어, 제2 길이의 돌기들 사이로 소정 공간을 형성하는 제2 방음부; 제 1 방음부와 센터시트의 제1 돌기부 및 제 2 방음부와 센터시트의 제2 돌기부를 제외한 공간에 발포 충진되는 충진제; 제 1 방음시트의 하면과 제 2 방음시트의 상면에 접착되어 제 1 및 제 2 방음시트의 개방된 하면과 상면을 마감하는 노출시트; 및 제 1 방음시트와 센터시트 사이 및 센터시트와 제 2 방음시트 사이에 배치되어 공기층을 형성하는 단열시트; 를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 상기와 같은 단열 및 차음을 위한 건축용 패널은 실시예에 따라 다양하게 구현될 수 있다.
