The present invention relates to a one-touch rebar coupler for preventing inflow of foreign materials, which connects two rebar ends straight in one body in a longitudinal direction and prevents the foreign materials from flowing into a joint pipe. The present invention relates to the one-touch rebar coupler for preventing inflow of foreign materials, comprising: a joint pipe into which an end of a rebar is inserted through an insertion hole penetrating at a center in a longitudinal direction; a partition pin which vertically penetrates a middle of the joint pipe and connects one side with the other side of the insertion hole; an elastic member of which one end is pressed and fixed to the insertion hole; a plurality of compression pieces which are arranged in a circle around a space that the end of the rebar passes and compress an outer surface of the end of the rebar; a pressing cover pressing the compression pieces; and a foreign material blocking cover which is respectively installed on the pressing cover, blocks inflow of the foreign materials, and is broken when the end of the rebar is inserted to allow the rebar to pass.
본 발명은 두 개의 철근 단부를 길이방향으로 곧게 일체로 연결하는 원터치 철근 커플러에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 이음관의 양단에 이물질차단마개가 각각 삽입 설치되어 철근의 단부에 가설한 상태에서 이음관의 내부로 이물질이 유입되지 않도록 차단할 수 있는 이물질 유입 방지형 원터치 철근 커플러에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 두 개의 철근 단부를 길이방향으로 연결하는 것으로서; 상기 철근의 단부가 각각 일단과 타단을 통해 삽입되도록 길이방향 중심에 삽입공이 관통 형성되는 이음관; 상기 이음관의 길이방향 중간에 수직으로 관통 설치되고 상기 삽입공의 일측과 타측을 서로 연통시키면서 구획하는 구획핀; 상기 삽입공의 일측과 타측에 각각 삽입되고 상기 철근의 단부가 중심을 통과하며 일단이 상기 삽입공에 압입 고정되는 탄성부재; 상기 삽입공의 일측과 타측에 각각 복수 개가 중심에 상기 철근의 단부가 통과하는 공간을 두고 원형으로 배열되고 일단이 상기 탄성부재의 타단에 밀착되며 내면에 압착래치가 돌출되어 상기 철근의 단부 삽입시 상기 철근의 삽입방향으로 이동하여 배열 직경이 확대되면서 상기 탄성부재를 압축하고 상기 철근의 단부 삽입 완료시 압축된 상기 탄성부재의 탄성복귀력에 의해 배열 직경이 축소되면서 상기 철근의 단부 외면을 압착하는 압착편체; 상기 이음관의 일단과 타단에 각각 체결되고 중심에 상기 철근의 단부가 통과하는 통과공이 관통 형성되며 상기 압착편체가 상기 철근의 단부 외면을 압착하도록 상기 압착편체를 가압하는 가압마개; 및 상기 가압마개에 각각 설치되어 상기 통과공을 막아 이물질 유입을 차단하고 상기 철근의 단부 삽입시 파단되면서 상기 철근을 통과시키는 이물질차단마개;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이물질 유입 방지형 원터치 철근 커플러를 기술적 요지로 한다.
