According to the present invention, provided is an emulsion for old asphalt road repair, which is prepared by mixing: 100 parts by weight of a composite obtained by mixing straight asphalt, blown asphalt and an isocyanate mixture in a volume ratio of 2 : 3 : 2; 90 to 110 parts by weight of polypropylene glycol; 70 to 90 parts by weight of polytetramethylene glycol; 20 to 40 parts by weight of an antioxidant; 40 to 60 parts by weight of maleic anhydride; 10 to 30 parts by weight of sodium hydroxide; and 5 to 15 parts by weight of process oil. An objective of the present invention is to provide an emulsion for old asphalt road repair and a road pavement method using the same, which can improve adhesion and waterproofness when repairing old asphalt roads.
본 발명에 의하면, 스트레이트아스팔트, 브로운아스팔트 및 이소시아네이트혼합물을 2:3:2의 부피비로 혼합한 복합물 100 중량부에, 폴리프로필렌글리콜 90 내지 110 중량부, 폴리테트라메틸렌글리콜 70 내지 90 중량부, 산화방지제 20 내지 40 중량부, 말레익언하이드라이드 40 내지 60 중량부, 수산화나트륨 10 내지 30 중량부 및 프로세스오일 5 내지 15 중량부가 혼합되어 제조되는 노후 아스팔트 도로보수용 유제가 제공된다.
