The present invention provides a surface protectant for reinforcing the durability of asphalt concrete. The surface protectant is prepared by mixing 90-110 wt% of polypropylene glycol, 70-90 wt% of polytetramethylene glycol, 20-40 wt% of an antioxidant, 40-60 wt% of maleic anhydride, 10-30 wt% of sodium hydroxide, and 5-15 wt% of process oil with 100 wt% of an isocyanate complex in which acrylonitrile, 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) are mixed at a volume ratio of 1:2:3:2. Therefore, the surface protectant can increase durability, adhesiveness, and workability when asphalt concrete is repaired.
본 발명에 의하면, 아크릴로나이트릴, 4,4-디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트(MDI), 1,6-헥사메틸렌디이소시아네이트(HDI) 및 이소포론디이소시아네이트(IPDI)가 1:2:3:2의 부피비로 혼합된 이소시아네이트 복합물 100 중량부에, 폴리프로필렌글리콜 90 내지 110 중량부, 폴리테트라메틸렌글리콜 70 내지 90 중량부, 산화방지제 20 내지 40 중량부, 말레익언하이드라이드 40 내지 60 중량부, 수산화나트륨 10 내지 30 중량부 및 프로세스오일 5 내지 15 중량부가 혼합되어 제조되는 아스팔트 내구성 강화용 표면 보호제가 제공된다.

The present invention provides a surface protectant for reinforcing the durability of asphalt concrete.
