The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing icing on a road, which is installed in the ground of a road surface along a progressing direction of the road to improve the safety of road use through icing prevention and snow melting, thereby maximizing safety and an economic effect. The apparatus includes: a housing groove (20) formed by a predetermined section length in a paved road (10) and a predetermined depth from the surface thereof; a heating member (100) installed in the bottom of the housing groove (20) to generate heat; a heat conductive layer (200) filled in an upper part of the heating member (100) to fill the housing groove (20); and a control unit (30) installed outside the paved road (10), and controlling the heating member (100).
본 발명은 도로의 진행방향을 따라 도로면 지중에 설치되어 도로면의 결빙방지 및 융설을 수행하여 도로 이용의 안전을 향상시킴으로써 안전성 및 경제적인 효과를 극대화할 수 있는 도로의 결빙 방지 장치에 관한 것으로서, 포장 도로(10)에서 일정 구간 길이 및 표면으로부터 소정 깊이 형성되는 수용홈(20)과, 상기 수용홈(20)의 바닥부에 설치되어 열을 발생시키는 발열부재(100)와 상기 발열부재(100) 상부에 충전되어 수용홈(20)을 메우는 열전도층(200) 및, 상기 포장 도로(10)의 외측에 설치되며, 상기 발열부재(100)를 제어하는 제어유닛(30)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
