LPG APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING FREEZE OF LPG GAS TANK
The present invention relates to an apparatus to prevent freeze of a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tank, preventing freeze of an LPG tank for a paint melting bath or an LPG tank to feed melted paint to the pain melting bath in a lane painting apparatus. According to the present invention, a paint melting bath (120) and an LPG tank (130) to supply gas to a burner of the paint melting bath (120) are mounted on a transfer cart (110), and a heating pipe (141) is disposed around a fire hole, thereby heating a thermal medium by heat of the burner (122) during a process passing through the heating pipe (141). Moreover, circulation of the thermal medium is formed by supplying the thermal medium of a reservoir tank (150) to the heating pipe (141) through a first connection pipe (142), supplying the thermal medium heated in the heating (141) to a heat radiating pipe (144) through a second connection pipe (143), and supplying thermal medium radiating heat to the LPG tank (130) in the heat radiating pipe (144) to the reservoir tank (150) through a third connection pipe (145).
본 발명은 차선 도색장치에서 페인트 용융조의 LPG 가스통 또는 고체 상태의 수지와 안료 등의 페인트 성분들을 용해하여 용해된 페인트를 페인트 용융조로 공급하기 위한 LPG 가스통이 동결되는 것을 방지하기 위한 LPG 가스통 동결방지장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 LPG 가스통 동결방지장치는 이송 대차(110)에 도료를 용융 및 저장하는 페인트 용융조(120)와 페인트 용융조(120)의 버너(122)로 가스를 공급하는 LPG 가스통(130)이 안착되고, 버너(122)의 화구 둘레에 가열 파이프(141)가 배치되어, 열매체가 가열 파이프(141)를 통과하는 과정에서 버너(122)의 열에 의해 가열되며, 가열 파이프(141)에 제 1 연결관(142)의 일단과 제 2 연결관(143)의 일단이 각각 연결되고, 제 1 연결관(142)의 타단이 리저버 탱크(150)의 하단에 연결되고, 제 2 연결관(143)이 LPG 가스통(130)에 권선된 방열관(144)에 연결되고, 방열관(144)에 연결된 제 3 연결관(145)이 리저버 탱크(150)의 상부 뚜껑(151)에 연결되며, 리저버 탱크(150)가 가열 파이프(141)보다 상대적으로 높은 위치에 배치됨으로써, 리저버 탱크(150)의 열매체가 제 1 연결관(142)을 통해 가열 파이프(141)로 공급되고, 가열 파이프(141)에서 가열된 열매체가 제 2 연결관(143)을 통해 방열관(144)으로 공급되고, 방열관(144)에서 LPG 가스통(130)으로 열을 방출한 열매체가 제 3 연결관(145)을 통해 리저버 탱크(150)로 공급되는 순환을 하게 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
