Recycled Aggregates Regenerating Additive Coating Apparatus for Asphalt Concrete And Recycled Aggregates Manufacturing Method Using the Same
When crushing waste asphalt collected from old asphalt roads, in order to perform mixing and coating a recycling additive to efficiently improve the quality while maintaining the storability of recycled aggregate, the present invention provides a recycled aggregate recycling additive coating device for asphalt concrete. The recycled aggregate recycling additive coating device for asphalt concrete includes: a transfer conveyor continuously transferring aggregates which have been crushed and sorted in waste asphalt concrete; and a regeneration coater installed at a lower extended position corresponding to the end of the transfer conveyor, and spraying and coating the aggregate with a reclaimed additive in a fog form while recirculating the aggregate falling from the end of the transfer conveyor. The regeneration coater includes: a coating chamber connected to and installed on the transfer conveyor and forming a coating area therein; an additive spraying unit installed in the coating chamber and spraying the recycled additive to coat the aggregate; and an aggregate reverse circulation unit installed rotatably in the coating chamber and driving the aggregate in reverse circulation while the aggregate is in contact therewith by falling.
본 발명은 노후 아스팔트 도로에서 수거한 폐아스콘을 분쇄할 때 재생첨가제를 혼합 코팅하여 순환골재의 보관성을 유지시키면서 품질을 효율적으로 개선함을 제공하도록, 폐아스콘에서 분쇄 및 선별 과정을 거친 골재를 연속해서 이송하는 이송컨베이어와; 상기 이송컨베이어의 종단부에 대응하여 하부 연장된 위치에 설치하고, 상기 이송컨베이어의 종단에서 낙하하는 골재를 역순환시키면서 골재에 재생첨가제를 포그(fog) 형태로 분무하여 코팅하는 재생코팅기;를 포함하고, 상기 재생코팅기는, 상기 이송컨베이어 상에 연결 설치하고 내부에 코팅영역을 형성하는 코팅챔버와, 상기 코팅챔버 내 설치하고 골재에 재생첨가제를 코팅토록 분무하는 첨가제분무유닛과, 상기 코팅챔버 내 회전 가능하게 설치하고 골재가 낙하 접촉하되 골재를 역순환 가능하게 구동하는 골재역순환유닛을 포함하는 아스팔트 콘크리트용 순환골재 재생 첨가제 코팅장치를 제공한다.
