Hermetic type tension control device
The present invention relates to a tension control device comprising a slide bearing block that slides on guide rails provided on the top and bottom of a rectangular guide groove formed on an installation frame to adjust the tension of a chain in water and sewage treatment facilities. Provided is a hermetic tension control device comprising an adjusting lever, a slide frame, a moving frame, and a blocking plate. The hermetic tension control device enables the adjusting lever using a simple rotating method to make the entire outer side of the rectangular guide groove tightly airtight to maintain airtightness, thereby fundamentally preventing odors or harmful gases from leaking through the rectangular guide groove. Therefore, the tension control device can maintain the environment in the vicinity of water and sewage treatment facilities in a pleasant state without harmful elements.
본 발명은 상, 하수도 처리시설에서 체인의 장력조절을 위해 설치 프레임에 형성되는 장방형 형태의 가이드 홈의 상하에 구비되는 가이드 레일 상에서 슬라이딩 되는 슬라이드 베어링 블록을 포함하는 장력조절장치에 있어, 그 장방형 형태의 가이드 홈 외측 전체를 간단한 회전방식의 조정 레버에 의해 긴밀하게 밀착시켜 기밀성을 유지함에 따라 장방형 형태의 가이드 홈을 통하여 악취나 유해가스 등이 누출(漏出)되는 것을 원천적으로 방지할 수 있도록 조정 레버, 슬라이드 프레임, 유동 프레임 및 차단판으로 구성되는 밀폐형 장력조절장치를 제공하는 데 있다. 그에 따라 상, 하수도 처리시설의 주변 환경을 유해요소 없이 쾌적한 상태로 유지할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
