The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a high-density graphitic bipolar plate, including: a mixing step of mixing graphite powder and a binder to produce a mixture; a pressing step of manufacturing an electrode plate by pressing the mixture in a metal mold; a heat treatment step of heating the electrode plate to a high temperature; and a coating step of forming a separate layer on the heat-treated surface of the electrode plate.
본 발명은 고밀도 흑연형(Graphitic) 바이폴라 플레이트의 제조방법에 대한 것으로, 그라파이트 분말과 바인더를 섞어서 혼합물을 생성하는 혼합단계; 상기 혼합물을 금속 형틀에서 프레싱 가공하여 전극 판을 제조하는 프레싱 단계; 상기 전극 판을 고온으로 가열하는 열처리 단계; 및 열처리된 상기 전극 판의 표면에 별도의 층을 형성하는 코팅단계;를 포함하는 구성으로 이루어진다.
