The present invention relates to a head expansion type precast pile cap for improving arching and load transfer effects in soft ground to which embankment piles are applied, and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the precast pile cap comprises: an inner cap (110) inserted into a hollow pile (10) at a predetermined depth and seated at the top of the pile; and an outer cap (120) which is fitted and assembled to the top of the inner cap (110), and covers an upper end of the pile, including a curved upper surface that has a larger area than the cross section of the pile (10) and is convex upward.
본 발명은 성토지지말뚝을 적용한 연약지반에서 아칭(arching) 및 하중전이 효과를 향상시키기 위한 두부확장형 프리캐스트 말뚝캡, 및 이의 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 프리캐스트 말뚝캡은, 중공형상의 말뚝(10) 내에 일정 깊이 내삽되어 상기 말뚝 상단에 안착되는 인너 캡(110)과; 상기 인너 캡(110)의 상부에 끼움 조립되는 것으로, 상기 말뚝(10)의 횡단면 보다 더 큰 면적을 갖고 상방으로 볼록한 만곡된 상부면을 포함하여 상기 말뚝의 상단을 덮게 되는 아웃터 캡(120)을 포함한다.
