The present invention relates to a safety device preventing an accident by preventing an operating device from being separated from an oil quick coupler even when a hydraulic cylinder unit malfunctions or is broken when the operating device is coupled to the quick coupler. According to the present invention, the quick coupler includes a fixed hook on one side and a movable hook on the other side to couple or uncouple the operating device including a first operation pin and a second operation pin. The hydraulic cylinder unit is coupled to the middle part of the quick coupler. The hydraulic cylinder unit slides a hook pin to fix the first operation pin of the operating device connected to the movable hook of the quick coupler. Moreover, the safety device is installed at a lower end of the fixed hook to prevent the second operation pin connected to the fixed hook on the other side of the quick coupler even when the hydraulic cylinder unit is broken or malfunctions. Therefore, the operating device is not separated from the quick coupler. According to the present invention, the safety device prevents the operating device coupled to the quick coupler from being separated even when the hydraulic cylinder unit is broken or malfunctions, thereby preventing the negligent accident.
본 발명은 퀵커플러에 작업장치를 결합 시 유압실린더부가 오작동하거나 고장이 발생하여도 오일 퀵 커플러로부터 작업장치가 이탈하여 사고가 발생할 염려가 없는 안전장치에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명은 제1작업핀과 제2작업핀이 구비되는 작업장치를 결합 또는 해정시키기 위해, 일측에는 고정후크가 구비되고 타측에는 가동후크가 구비되는 퀵커플러에 있어서, 상기 퀵커플러의 중도부에는 유압실린더부가 결합되며, 상기 유압실린더부는 퀵커플러의 가동후크에 결합되는 작업장치의 제1작업핀을 고정시키기 위해 후크핀을 슬라이딩 작동시키며, 상기 고정후크의 하단부에는 안전장치가 더 구비되어, 상기 유압실린더부가 고장 또는 오작동되어도 상기 퀵커플러의 타측 고정후크에 결합되는 제2작업핀이 빠지지 않도록 차단하여, 상기 작업장치가 퀵커플러로부터 이탈하지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 유압실린더부가 고장나거나 오작동이 발생하여도 퀵커플러에 체결된 작업장치가 분리되어 이탈할 염려가 없어 안전사고를 예방할 수 있다.
