The present invention relates to a safety device for a quick coupler that is mounted on the tip of an excavator arm and couples attachments. More particularly, the present invention relates to a safety device that prevents an attachment from falling during work and a safety device that prevents a tow line from coming off a tow hook when moving a heavy object using the tow line on the tow hook. The safety device is characterized by the conventional circular safety pin being structured as a square safety pin (70), with a safety protrusion 4 (65) of a movable hook (60) freely moving to form a square safety pin groove (72), allowing for the safety device to be set and released through simple operations of pushing and pulling the square safety pin, reducing safety accidents due to non-insertion of the safety pin. Additionally, the shape of the tow hook (50) is made circular to prevent the detachment of the tow line (53), and a part formed by a safety protrusion 3 (64) on the movable hook (60) advances to block the entrance of the tow hook (50), preventing the tow line (53) from detaching.
본 발명은 굴삭기 암의 선단에 장착되어 어태치먼트를 결합하는 퀵커플러의 안전장치에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 어태치먼트가 작업중에 떨어지는 것을 방지하는 안전장치와 견인고리에서 견인용줄을 이용해서 중량물을 옮길때 견인용줄이 견인고리에서 이탈되는 것을 막는 안전장치 관한 것으로, 종래의 원형으로 된 안전핀을 사각안전핀(70) 구조로 된 것이 특징으로, 사각안전핀(70)에 가동후크(60)의 안전돌기4(65)가 이동이 자유롭게 사각안전핀홈(72)을 형성하여 사각안전핀을 밀고 당기는 간단한 조작으로 안전장치를 설정하고 해제를 하여 안전핀 미삽입에 의한 안전사고를 줄이고, 견인고리(50)의 형상을 고리모양으로 하여 견인용줄(53)의 이탈을 방지하고, 가동후크(60)에 형성된 안전돌기3(64) 부분이 전진하여 견인고리(50)의 입구를 막아 견인용줄(53)이 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 안전장치로 된것이 특징이다.
