Insulation-equipped building-integrated formwork and manufacturing method therefor
The present invention relates to a building-integrated formwork including a heat insulating material and a manufacturing method thereof, the formwork comprising: a glass fiber-enhanced member (110) including a glass fiber-reinforced plate (111) formed in a predetermined size, a plurality of reinforcing steel bar fixing parts (113) arranged on one surface of the glass fiber-reinforced plate (111), and embedded reinforcing steel bars (114) fixed to the reinforcing steel bar fixing parts (113); a fiber-reinforced cement cover (120) consisting of a main cover body (121) with the same size as the size of the glass fiber-reinforced plate (111); and a foamed heat insulating material (130) integrally formed between the glass fiber-enhanced member (110) and the fiber-reinforced cement cover (120). A formwork is installed integrally on a wall (W) of a building and a heat insulating material is filled into the formwork, so a heat insulating material does not need to be constructed separately, thereby greatly reducing the construction period of the building.
단열재가 구비된 건축물 일체형 거푸집 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 소정의 크기로 형성도는 유리섬유강화판(111)과, 상기 유리섬유강화판(111)의 일면에 다수로 배치되는 철근고정구(113)와, 상기 철근고정구(113)에 고정되는 매입철근(114)이 구비된 유리섬유증강부재(110); 상기 유리섬유강화판(111)과 동일한 크기의 커버본체(121)로 이루어지는 섬유증강시멘트커버(120); 상기 유리섬유증강부재(110)와 상기 유리섬유증강시멘트커버(120) 사이에 일체로 성형되는 발포단열재(130);를 마련하여 건축물의 벽체(W)에 일체로 거푸집이 설치되며, 거푸집 내에 단열재가 충진되어 있으므로 단열재를 별도로 시공하지 않아도 되며, 이로 인해 건축물의 시공에 따른 공사기간을 대폭 단축시킬 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.
