Manufacturing method of gider using used recycled plastic
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing mold using a recycled composite material, capable of facilitating mold construction and removal procedures while enabling stable use thereof by manufacturing a mold which can secure strength while lightening the weight of the mold. In accordance with the present invention, the method includes: a frame manufacturing step of manufacturing a frame having a coupling space therein by mutually coupling connection plate having a plurality of pin holes and through holes formed therein in a longitudinal direction; a reinforcing bar coupling step of coupling a plurality of reinforcing bars to the coupling space of the frame formed through the frame manufacturing step; a frame heating step of heating the frame having undergone the reinforcing bar coupling step by inserting the frame into a heating furnace having a temperature of 300 to 350 degrees; a coating layer coating step of coating the surface of the frame heated through the frame heating step such that the coating layer sticks to the surface thereof; a frame cooling step of cooling the frame having undergone the coating layer coating step; and a board coupling step of coupling a board to the front side of the frame manufactured through the frame cooling step.
본 발명은 거푸집의 중량 경량화를 이루면서도 강도를 확보할 수 있는 거푸집을 제조함으로써, 거푸집의 시공과 탈형 과정이 용이하게 이루어지면서도 안정적인 사용을 이룰 수 있도록 하는 재활용 복합소재를 이용한 거푸집 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 그 특징적인 구성은, 거푸집 제조방법에 있어서, 길이 방향으로 복수개의 핀공과 관통공이 형성된 연결판을 상호 결합하여 내측에 결합공간을 갖는 프레임을 제조하는 프레임 제조단계; 상기 프레임제조단계를 통하여 이루어진 프레임의 결합공간으로 복수개의 보강대를 결합하는 보강대 결합단계; 상기 보강대 결합단계를 거친 프레임을 300~350도 이내의 온도를 이루는 가열로에 투입하여 달궈내는 프레임 가열단계; 상기 프레임 가열단계를 통하여 가열된 프레임의 표면으로 코팅층이 들러붙도록 피복시키는 코팅층 피복단계; 상기 코팅층 피복단계를 거친 프레임을 냉각시키는 프레임 냉각단계; 및 상기 프레임 냉각단계를 통하여 제조된 프레임의 전면으로 보드를 결합하는 보드 결합단계를 포함하여 이루어진다.
