The present invention relates to a permeable steel grating using recycled plastic and a manufacturing method thereof. The permeable steel grating comprises: a frame; a support part installed in an inner space of the frame; and a filler filled in the frame and the inner space. The support part includes a first support surface and a second support surface. The first support surface and the second support surface are erected to be slanted toward each other at a distance of 50-80 mm from a bottom surface and meet each other at a predetermined position to form a support line. Recycled plastic instead of soil composite material is charged such that workability can be increased due to a light weight, various colors can be easily formed, and permeability can be further improved. The filler where a deodorant, zeolite, and recycled plastic are sequentially stacked is charged in the inner space. Bad smell from a drainage opening can be blocked, and harmful material in rainwater can be absorbed.
본 발명은 재활용 플라스틱을 이용한 투수성 스틸 그레이팅 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 프레임; 상기 프레임의 내측 공간에 설치되는 지지부; 및 상기 프레임 내측 공간을 충진하는 충진물;을 포함하되, 상기 지지부는 제1 지지면 및 제2 지지면을 포함하며, 상기 제1 지지면과 제2 지지면은 바닥면에서 50~80㎜의 거리를 두고 서로를 향하여 경사지게 세워지며, 일정 위치에서 서로 만나서 지지선을 형성하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 흙조성물 대신 재활용 플라스틱으로 충진하므로, 가벼워서 작업성이 향상되며, 다양한 색상을 연출하기 용이하며, 투수율이 더욱 향상된 장점이 있으며, 내측 공간에 탈취제, 제오라이트 및 재활용 플라스틱을 차례대로 적층한 충진물을 충진하므로써, 배수구로부터 올라오는 악취를 차단할 수 있으며, 빗물에 있는 유해물질을 흡착할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
