Pump system installed directly in concrete structure
The present invention relates to a structure direct-connection type pump system. In accordance with a purpose thereof, provided is a structure direct-connection type pump system capable of enabling a pump gate function without a sluice gate and a winch by installing an underwater pump directly in a concrete structure. To achieve the purpose, the structure direct-connection type pump system comprises: a regular drainage part comprising a natural discharge channel formed in a concrete structure formed around a river and a first valve installed at an end of the natural discharge channel to open and close the natural discharge channel; and a forced drainage part comprising a forced discharge channel formed in the concrete structure to form a flow path such that domestic water is discharged to the river through a path different from that of the natural discharge channel, and an underwater pump installed in the concrete structure to suction and discharge the domestic water through the forced discharge channel, wherein the forced discharge channel comprises: a pump well formed to receive and store the domestic water on a position adjacent to the natural discharge channel; an overflow wall formed between the natural discharge channel and the pump well; and a pump chamber in which the underwater pump is installed, and which has an inlet and an outlet formed therein, and a vibration-proof stand on which the underwater pump is seated is installed in the bottom of the pump chamber, a first vibration-proof connector is installed between the underwater pump and the inlet, and a second vibration-proof connector is installed between the underwater pump and the outlet.
본 발명은 구조물 직결형 펌프 시스템에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 수중펌프를 콘크리트 구조물에 직접 설치하여 수문과 권양기 없이도 펌프게이트의 기능을 할 수 있게 한 구조물 직결형 펌프 시스템을 제공함에 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 하천 주변에 형성된 콘크리트 구조물에 형성된 자연배출수로와, 상기 자연배출수로를 개폐하도록 자연배출수로의 말단에 설치된 제1밸브로 이루어진 상시 배수부; 및 내수가 자연배출수로와 다른 경로를 통해 하천으로 배출되는 유로를 형성하도록 콘크리트 구조물에 형성된 강제배출수로와, 상기 강제배출수로를 통해 내수를 흡입하여 토출하도록 콘크리트 구조물에 설치된 수중펌프로 이루어진 강제 배수부;로 구성되되, 상기 강제배출수로는, 상기 자연배출수로의 인접한 위치에서 내수를 공급받아 저장하도록 형성된 펌프정; 상기 자연배출수로와 펌프정의 사이에 형성된 월류벽; 및 상기 수중펌프가 내부에 설치되며, 유입구와 토출구가 형성된 펌프실;로 구성되고, 수중펌프가 상부에 안착되게 형성된 방진가대가 펌프실의 바닥에 설치되며, 제1방진연결구가 수중펌프와 유입구의 사이에 설치되고, 제2방진연결구가 수중펌프와 토출구의 사이에 설치된 것으로 이루어진 구조물 직결형 펌프 시스템을 제공한다.
Pump system installed directly in concrete structure
The present invention relates to a structure direct-connection type pump system. In accordance with a purpose thereof, provided is a structure direct-connection type pump system capable of enabling a pump gate function without a sluice gate and a winch by installing an underwater pump directly in a concrete structure.
