Submersible pump equipment installed directly in civil works structure or concrete structure
The present invention provides submersible pump equipment comprising a submersible pump unit, a regular drainage unit, and an overflow drainage unit that are installed directly on a concrete structure. In normal times, internal water is naturally drained to external water by the regular drainage unit without operating a submersible pump of the submersible pump unit, and in case there is a risk of overflow, the submersible pump of the submersible pump unit can be operated to force the internal water to be drained to the external water through a discharge sleeve. Additionally, when the inflow volume exceeds the pump capacity, the internal water can be naturally drained to the external water through the overflow drainage unit. Due to this, unlike in the past, there is no need to install a water gate in the concrete structure, so there is no need for many construction materials and construction equipment such as water gates, concrete structures, and winches. In addition, the construction process is easier and simpler than when installing a conventional submersible pump-installed sluice in a concrete structure, and construction costs can be significantly reduced.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물에 직접 설치되는 수중펌프유닛, 상시배수유닛, 월류배수유닛을 포함하여, 평상시에는 수중펌프유닛의 수중펌프를 작동시키지 않고 상시배수유닛을 통해 내수를 외수 측으로 자연 배수하고, 역류 위험시에는 수중펌프유닛의 수중펌프를 작동시켜 토출 슬리브를 통해 내수를 외수 측으로 강제 배수할 수 있다. 또한, 유입 용량이 펌프 용량을 초과할 때에는 월류배수유닛을 통해 내수를 외수 측으로 자연 배수할 수 있다. 이로 인해, 종래와 달리 콘크리트 구조물에 수문을 설치할 필요가 없어, 수문, 콘크리트 구조물, 권양기 등 많은 건설재료와 건설장비들이 필요 없다. 또한, 종래 수중펌프 설치 수문을 콘크리트 구조물에 설치할 때보다, 공사 과정이 쉽고 간단하며, 공사비용을 대폭 줄일 수 있다.
