Composite simultaneous injection pipe and construction method
The present invention relates to a composite simultaneous injection steel pipe and a construction method thereof implemented to minimize interference with support materials by removing a part of the entrance portion of a steel pipe for grouting injection after completion of the grouting. A grouting simultaneous injection method using the composite simultaneous injection steel pipe comprises: a drilling step of drilling a hole at the end of a turner to 13 m; a steel pipe insertion step of inserting a simultaneous injection steel pipe into the drilled hole using a push rod; a push rod removal step of removing the push rod after inserting the simultaneous injection steel pipe into the drilled hole; a first caulking step of injecting caulking liquid after caulking work at the entrance of the drilled hole using a caulking packer module; a grouting injection step of caulking between a grouting steel pipe and the drilled hole using an external packer module; and a steel joint cutting step of cutting a grooved integrated steel pipe of the simultaneous injection steel pipe located at the entrance of the drilled hole by applying an impact with a hammer.
본 발명은 그라우팅을 주입하기 위한 강관의 초입부 일부를 그라우팅 완료 후 제거함으로써 지보재 간섭을 최소화시킬 수있도록 구현한 복합 동시주입강관 및 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
