The simultaneous injection steel pipe includes a grouting pipe (100), a spray hole (110), a center bolt (111), a finishing end (120), a push rod support ring (121), a separation groove (130), a grouting injection pipe (131), an expansion member (140), a space (141), a fixing protrusion (fixing nipple) (150), an end cover (151), a caulking packer module (160), a check valve (170), an anti-backflow valve (171), a steel pipe fixing member (180), a connection socket (190), and a connection fitting (191).
