Automatic injection grouting method based on vibration generation
According to the present invention, an automatic injection grouting method having seismic wave force comprises: a reinforcement object setting step of drilling the ground at predetermined depth and a predetermined diameter and observing a drilled hole to set an object to be reinforced; a grouting material introduction step of identifying a flow amount through a flowmeter installed in an introduction end of a seismic wave generation device to allow the grouting material to be introduced; a vibration provision step of differentially providing vibration to the grouting material introduced to the seismic wave generation device according to a pitch of the flow amount; and an injection step of differentially controlling injection speed of the grouting material discharged from the seismic wave generation device according to the flow amount and injecting the grouting material into the object to be reinforced.
본 발명의 진파력을 겸비한 자동 주입 그라우팅 공법은, 지반을 일정한 깊이 및 직경으로 천공하고, 상기 천공을 관찰하여 보강 대상을 설정하는, 보강 대상 설정 단계; 진파 발생 장치의 유입단에 설치된 유량계를 통해 유량을 파악하며 상기 그라우트재를 유입시키는, 그라우트재 유입 단계; 상기 유량의 고저에 따라 상기 진파 발생 장치에 유입된 그라우트재에 진동을 차등 제공하는, 진동 제공 단계; 상기 진파 발생 장치에서 토출된 상기 그라우트재를 상기 유량에 따라 주입 속도를 차등 제어하며 상기 보강 대상에 주입하는, 주입 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
