WATER SURFACE FLOATING LAYER REMOVAL APPARATUS
수면에서 부유하면서 이동가능한 수면 부유층 제거 장치가 제공된다.이 장치는, 선체; 상기 선체의 전면부에 배치되어 오염수를 받아들이는 오염수 유입부; 상기 오염수 유입부를 통해 유입된 상기 오염수를 저장하는 저장부; 상기 저장부에서 하단에 배치되거나, 또는 상기 오염수 유입부의 반대측면에 배치되거나, 또는 상기 오염수 유입부의 반대측 하단에 배치되어, 밀도차에 의해 아래로 분리되는 물을 장치 밖으로 배출시키는 배출부; 및 상기 저장부에 연결되거나 또는 저장부의 일부인 부력 장치를 포함한다.상기 오염수 유입부와 상기 저장부의 사이에 설치되며, 해수면의 높이에 설치되어 후방으로 연장되다가 다시 하방으로 연장되는 형상을 갖는 제1 흐름 분리판을 갖는다.
Provided is an apparatus for removing a suspended layer from the water surface, the apparatus being movable while floating on the water surface. The apparatus comprises: a hull; a contaminated water inlet portion which is disposed on the front surface portion of the hull and receives contaminated water; a storage portion storing the contaminated water that flowed in through the contaminated water inlet portion; an impeller which is installed on the contaminated water inlet portion and allows the contaminated water to flow into the hull; an impeller housing surrounding the impeller; a waster splash preventing film which is installed in the impeller housing above an upstream portion of the impeller; a discharge portion which is arranged at the lower end in the storage portion at the surface opposite to the contaminated water inlet portion or at the lower end in the side opposite to the contaminated water inlet portion, so as to discharge the water isolated downward due to the density difference to the outside of the apparatus; and a buoyancy device that is connected to the storage portion or is a part of the storage portion. The hull and the buoyancy device have buoyancy set so that 40 to 60% of the impeller can be submerged.
