    A mesh urethane waterproof sheet for an apartment rooftop according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises an upper layer formed of a urethane material, a lower layer formed of a urethane material, and a mesh structure formed of a flexible material and disposed between the upper and lower layers. A coating integrated waterproof construction method according to an embodiment of the present invention provides excellent waterproof property and constructability by laminating the mesh urethane waterproof sheet on a urethane coating layer.

    본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 아파트 옥상 방수를 위한 메쉬 우레탄 방수시트는, 우레탄 재질로 형성되는 상부층과, 우레탄 재질로 형성되는 하부층과, 상기 상부층 및 상기 하부층 사이에 배치되는 유연한 재질로 형성되는 메쉬 구조체를 포함한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 도막 일체형 방수공법은 우레탄 도막층 위에 상기 메쉬 우레탄 방수시트를 적층함으로써 높은 방수성 및 시공성을 제공한다.
