FELT MATERIAL FILLER TO PREVENT NOISE BETWEEN FLOORS
The present invention relates to a felt material filler for preventing noise between floors. According to an embodiment of the technical idea of the present invention, the felt material filler to prevent noise between floors comprises a PET felt layer, a silicon layer located at a lower part of the PET felt layer, a high preure melamine (HPM) sheet located on an upper part of a floor plate, and a surface protective layer located at an upper part of the HPM sheet. According to the configuration, by using a PET felt, which is a recycled material, an effective effect for preventing noise between floors can be obtained, and processing costs due to industrial by-product disposal and environmental pollution factors can be reduced by recycling resources.
본 발명은 층간소음 방지를 위한 펠트 소재 충진재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 기술적 사상의 일 실시예에 따른 층간소음 방지를 위한 펠트 소재 충진재는 PET 펠트층, 상기 PET 펠트층 하부에 위치하는 실리콘층, 상기 바닥판재 상부에 위치하는 HPM(High Preure Melamine) 시트 및 상기 HPM(High Preure Melamine) 시트 상부에 위치하는 표면보호층을 포함한다. 상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명의 기술적 사상의 다양한 실시예에 의한 층간소음 방지를 위한 펠트 소재 충진재는 재활용 소재인 PET 펠트(FELT)를 이용함으로써, 효과적인 층간 소음 방지효과를 얻을 수 있고 자원을 재활용하여 산업부산물 폐기에 따른 처리비용 절감 및 환경오염의 요인을 감소시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a felt material filler for preventing noise between floors.
