Elastic mat to prevent noise between floors
The present invention relates to an elastic mat for preventing noise between floors, which is installed on a floor of a two-story building, prevents vibration and impact sounds generated from an upper floor, and is prevented from being peeled off, and to an elastic mat, wherein a plurality of elastic mats each having coupling protrusions and coupling grooves on four side surfaces thereof, respectively, are coupled with each other and then are directly installed on a floor of a building so as to prevent noise between floors. The elastic mat having coupling protrusions and coupling grooves on four side surfaces thereof, respectively, comprises: an upper layer made of a thermoplastic polyurethane resin (TPU) material or leather; a lower layer made of highly elastic urethane foam and bonded to the upper layer with urethane gel or acrylic gel; detachable coupling parts made of urethane gel or acrylic gel inserted into a plurality of insertion grooves formed to be open downward on a lower surface of the lower layer so as to protrude outward; and a release sheet which protects the detachable coupling parts, wherein, when installing the elastic mat by removing the release sheet, the detachable coupling parts are attached to a floor of a building to ensure that the elastic mat is installed so as not to move, wherein the elastic mat is installed to be attached to or detached from the floor.
본 발명은 복층건물의 바닥부에 설치되어서 상층에서 발생된 진동 및 충격음이 하층으로 전달되지 않도록 하며, 매트의 박리현상이 일어나지 않은 층간 소음 방지용 탄성매트에 관한 것으로, 네 개의 측면 각각에 결합돌기 및 결합홈을 구비한 탄성매트가 다수 개로 결합 구성되어 건물의 바닥부에 접착 설치되어서 층간 소음을 방지하는 탄성매트에 있어서, TPU(thermoplastic polyurethane, 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지) 재질 또는 레자로 이루어진 상부층; 고탄성 우레탄폼(Urethane Foam)으로 이루어져서 상기 상부층과 우레탄젤 또는 아크릴젤로 결합된 하부층; 상기 하부층의 하부면에 하향 개방되게 형성된 다수 개의 삽입홈에 외향 돌출되도록 삽설되는 우레탄젤 또는 아크릴젤로 이루어진 탈착 결합부; 및 상기 탈착 결합부를 보호하고 있는 이형지;를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 이형지를 분리시켜 상기 탄성매트를 설치할 때에 상기 탈착 결합부가 건물의 바닥부에 접착되어 상기 탄성매트가 유동하지 않게 설치되게 하되, 상기 탄성매트가 바닥부로부터 탈부착 가능하게 설치되게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 복층건물의 바닥부에 설치되어서 상층에서 발생된 진동 및 충격음이 하층으로 전달되지 않도록 하며, 매트의 박리현상이 일어나지 않은 층간 소음 방지용 탄성매트에 관한 것으로, 네 개의 측면 각각에 결합돌기 및 결합홈을 구비한 탄성매트가 다수 개로 결합 구성되어 건물의 바닥부에 접착 설치되어서 층간 소음을 방지하는 탄성매트에 있어서, TPU(thermoplastic polyurethane, 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지) 재질 또는 레자로 이루어진 상부층; 고탄성 우레탄폼(Urethane Foam)으로 이루어져서 상기 상부층과 우레탄젤 또는 아크릴젤로 결합된 하부층; 상기 하부층의 하부면에 하향 개방되게 형성된 다수 개의 삽입홈에 외향 돌출되도록 삽설되는 우레탄젤 또는 아크릴젤로 이루어진 탈착 결합부; 및 상기 탈착 결합부를 보호하고 있는 이형지;를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 이형지를 분리시켜 상기 탄성매트를 설치할 때에 상기 탈착 결합부가 건물의 바닥부에 접착되어 상기 탄성매트가 유동하지 않게 설치되게 하되, 상기 탄성매트가 바닥부로부터 탈부착 가능하게 설치되게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
