System deck horizontally expanded by supporting slope surface
The present invention provides a horizontally-deployed system deck for supporting a slope to form a passage and a workbench in the space above and around a slope. According to the present invention, the system deck comprises: a plurality of rows of slope scaffold assemblies each having a plurality of slope scaffold modules assembled in line along a slope; a system fixing part installed on the slope to fix one end of the plurality of rows of slope scaffold assemblies; a scaffold module connector connecting the other ends of the plurality of rows of slope scaffold assemblies; and a horizontally-deployed scaffold assembly extended to the front space of the slope while one end thereof is coupled to ends of the slope scaffold assemblies or the scaffold module connector, and provided with a plurality of first horizontally-deployed scaffold modules connected in line, a plurality of second horizontally-deployed scaffold modules connected in line in parallel with the plurality of first horizontally-deployed scaffold modules, a stepping plate of which one end is coupled to the first horizontally-deployed scaffold modules and of which the other end is coupled to the second horizontally-deployed scaffold modules, and a wire assembly connecting the first and second horizontally-deployed scaffold modules and a wire fixing part provided on the slope. If the horizontally-deployed system deck for supporting a slope in accordance with the present invention is installed, maintenance and inspection work of a narrow slope positioned high in a boiler can be safely performed, and a stackable prefabricated structure allows work at a desired position of a worker and allows safe and quick installation and removal work.
본 발명은 경사부의 상부 및 주변 공간에 작업대와 통로를 형성하기 위한 경사면 지지 수평전개 시스템 데크를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 시스템 데크는, 각각 다수의 경사부 비계모듈이 경사면을 따라 일렬로 조립되어 있는 다수 열의 경사부 비계 조립체; 경사부에 설치되어 다수 열의 경사부 비계 조립체의 일단을 각각 고정하는 시스템 고정구; 다수 열의 경사부 비계 조립체의 타단을 서로 연결하는 비계모듈 연결구; 일단이 비계모듈 연결구 또는 경사부 비계 조립체의 단부에 결합된 상태에서 경사부의 전방 공간으로 연장되는 것으로서, 일렬로 연결된 다수의 제1 수평전개 비계모듈과, 다수의 제1 수평전개 비계모듈과 나란하게 일렬로 연결된 다수의 제2 수평전개 비계모듈과, 일단은 제1 수평전개 비계모듈에 결합되고 타단은 제2 수평전개 비계모듈에 결합된 발디딤판과, 각각의 제1 및 제2 수평전개 비계모듈과 경사부에 구비된 와이어 고정구를 연결하는 와이어 조립체를 구비하는 수평전개 비계 조립체를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 경사면 지지 수평전개 시스템 데크를 설치하면, 보일러 내부의 고소에 위치한 협소 경사부의 정비 및 점검 작업을 안전하게 수행할 수 있으며, 적층형 조립식 구조이므로 작업자가 원하는 위치에서 작업이 가능하고 안전하고 신속한 설치 및 해체 작업이 가능하다.

본 발명은 경사부의 상부 및 주변 공간에 작업대와 통로를 형성하기 위한 경사면 지지 수평전개 시스템 데크를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 시스템 데크는, 각각 다수의 경사부 비계모듈이 경사면을 따라 일렬로 조립되어 있는 다수 열의 경사부 비계 조립체; 경사부에 설치되어 다수 열의 경사부 비계 조립체의 일단을 각각 고정하는 시스템 고정구; 다수 열의 경사부 비계 조립체의 타단을 서로 연결하는 비계모듈 연결구; 일단이 비계모듈 연결구 또는 경사부 비계 조립체의 단부에 결합된 상태에서 경사부의 전방 공간으로 연장되는 것으로서, 일렬로 연결된 다수의 제1 수평전개 비계모듈과, 다수의 제1 수평전개 비계모듈과 나란하게 일렬로 연결된 다수의 제2 수평전개 비계모듈과, 일단은 제1 수평전개 비계모듈에 결합되고 타단은 제2 수평전개 비계모듈에 결합된 발디딤판과, 각각의 제1 및 제2 수평전개 비계모듈과 경사부에 구비된 와이어 고정구를 연결하는 와이어 조립체를 구비하는 수평전개 비계 조립체를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 경사면 지지 수평전개 시스템 데크를 설치하면, 보일러 내부의 고소에 위치한 협소 경사부의 정비 및 점검 작업을 안전하게 수행할 수 있으며, 적층형 조립식 구조이므로 작업자가 원하는 위치에서 작업이 가능하고 안전하고 신속한 설치 및 해체 작업이 가능하다.
