Self-propelled paint discharging device capable of uniform static pressure discharge of paint
The present invention relates to a self-propelled paint discharging device configured to be mounted on a moving body moving along the ground and to discharge paint to the ground. The present invention relates to a self-propelled paint spraying device and method capable of uniform static pressure discharge of paint, the device comprising: a paint supply part for supplying paint; an air supply part for supplying compressed air; a shoe basket having a paint inlet, which is connected to the paint supply part, and an air inlet and an outlet, which are connected to the air supply part, formed thereon, and configured to receive paint from the paint supply part, receive air from the air supply part and discharge the paint through the outlet using air pressure; an air dispersing plate included in the air inlet, having a plurality of micropores formed to be distributed uniformly depending on the shape of the air inlet, and allowing the compressed air supplied from the air supply part to be distributed uniformly all over the inside of the shoe basket and to be injected at static pressure; and a paint dispersing plate provided inside the shoe basket to face the outlet, and having a plurality of perforations formed to be distributed uniformly in an area, thereby allowing the paint discharged by the compressed air, which has been injected uniformaly at static pressure from the air dispersing plate, to be distributed uniformly all over the outlet and to be discharged at static pressure.
본 발명은 지면을 따라 움직이는 이동체에 장착되어 지면으로 도료를 배출하도록 구성되는 자주식 도료 배출 장치에 있어서, 도료의 균일정압배출이 가능한 자주식 도료 분사 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 도료를 공급하는 도료 공급부; 압축공기를 공급하는 에어 공급부; 상기 도료 공급부와 연결되는 도료 유입구와, 상기 에어 공급부와 연결되는 공기 주입구 및 배출구를 형성하여, 도료 공급부로부터 도료를 공급 받고 에어 공급부로부터 에어를 공급 받아, 공기압을 통해 도료를 배출구로 배출하도록 구성되는 슈바스켓; 상기 공기 주입구에 구비되며 공기 주입구의 형태를 따라 균일하게 분포 형성된 다수의 미세공을 형성하여, 에어 공급부로부터 공급되는 압축공기가 슈바스켓 내부 전체에 걸쳐 균일하게 분산되어 정압으로 주입되도록 하는 공기 분산 플레이트 및 상기 배출구와 대향하도록 슈바스켓 내부에 마련되며, 면적 내에 복수의 타공을 균일하게 분포 형성하여, 상기 공기 분산 플레이트로부터 정압으로 균일하게 주입된 압축공기에 의해 배출되는 도료가, 상기 배출구 전체에 걸쳐 균일하게 분산되어 정압으로 배출되도록 하는 도료 분산 플레이트를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
