The present invention relates to a self-propelled paint discharge device which is configured to discharge paint onto the ground surface, and which comprises: a paint supply unit which is mounted on a moving body moving along the ground surface, and supplies paint; an air supply unit which supplies compressed air; and a shoe basket which forms a paint inlet connected to the paint supply unit, and an air inlet and outlet connected to the air supply unit in order to receive paint from the paint supply unit and receive air from the air supply unit in order to discharge the paint through the outlet by means of the air pressure. Provided is the self-propelled paint discharge device with excellent paint temperature retention, wherein the paint supply unit comprises: a paint transfer pipe which is connected to the paint supply tank to receive paint, and is connected to the shoe basket; a transfer screw which is provided in the paint transfer pipe to be rotated by a motor, and rotationally transfers the paint delivered in the paint transfer pipe to the shoe basket; a heating pipe which is provided on the outer surface of the paint transfer pipe, and in which heating fluid is disposed to circulate to deliver heat of the heating fluid to the paint transfer pipe and to be protected by a pipe cover; and a protective cover which is disposed on the outside of the heating pipe protected by the pipe cover, and has at least one ceramic plate provided along the circumference, in order to protect the heating pipe from the external impact while blocking heat movement between the heating pipe and the outside. Therefore, uniform paint temperature can be maintained.
본 발명은 지면을 따라 움직이는 이동체에 장착되며, 도료를 공급하는 도료 공급부;와, 압축공기를 공급하는 에어 공급부; 및 상기 도료 공급부와 연결되는 도료 유입구와, 상기 에어 공급부와 연결되는 공기 주입구 및 배출구를 형성하여, 도료 공급부로부터 도료를 공급 받고 에어 공급부로부터 에어를 공급 받아, 공기압을 통해 도료를 배출구로 배출하도록 구성되는 슈바스켓;을 포함하여 지면으로 도료를 배출하도록 구성되는 자주식 도료 배출 장치에 있어서, 상기 도료 공급부는, 도료 공급탱크와 연결되어 도료를 전달 받고, 상기 슈바스켓과 연결되는 도료 이송관; 상기 도료 이송관 내부에 구비되어 모터에 의해 회전하며, 도료 이송관 내부로 전달된 도료를 상기 슈바스켓으로 회전 이송시키는 이송 스크류; 상기 도료 이송관 외표면에 구비되며, 내측에는 가열유체가 순환하도록 마련되어 상기 도료 이송관으로 가열유체의 열을 전달하고 파이프 커버에 의해 보호되는 히팅파이프 및 상기 파이프 커버에 의해 보호되는 히팅파이프의 외측에 마련되되, 하나 이상의 세라믹판이 둘레를 따라 구비되어, 히팅파이프를 외부의 충격으로부터 보호함과 동시에 히팅파이프와 외부간의 열 이동을 차단하는 보호커버를 포함하는 도료의 온도 유지가 뛰어난 자주식 도료 배출 장치를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a self-propelled paint discharge device which is configured to discharge paint onto the ground surface, and which comprises: a paint supply unit which is mounted on a moving body moving along the ground surface, and supplies paint; an air supply unit which supplies compressed air; and a shoe basket which forms a paint inlet connected to the paint supply unit, and an air inlet and outlet connected to the air supply unit in order to receive paint from the paint supply unit and receive air from the air supply unit in order to discharge the paint through the outlet by means of the air pressure.
