Liquid Oxygen Vent Silencer Used in Oxygen Production Process
The present invention relates to a liquid oxygen vent silencer used in an oxygen production process, which is made of copper plate material and stainless steel (SUS) to minimize an edge that collides with oxygen gas so that elements that can explode can be removed. The liquid oxygen vent silencer used in an oxygen production process includes: a silencer body that receives cryogenic liquid gas and reduces noise while moving an inner space up and down; and a body support installed along the outer side of the silencer body to lift and support the silencer body from the ground.
본 발명은 폭발 위험이 없는 재료 동판의 재질과 스테인레스(SUS)로 제작하여 산소 가스와 부딪히는 엣지를 최소화하여 폭발할 수 있는 요소를 제거할 수 있도록 구현한 산소 생산 공정에 사용되는 액체 산소 벤트 소음기에 관한 것으로, 초저온 액체 가스를 전달받아 내부 공간을 상하 방향으로 이동시키면서 소음을 감소시켜 주는 소음기 바디; 및 상기 소음기 바디의 외측을 따라 설치되어 상기 소음기 바디를 지면으로부터 승강시켜 지지하는 바디 지지대;를 포함한다.
