LIQUID OXYGEN VENT SILENCER USED IN OXYGEN PRODUCTION PROCESS
The present invention relates to a liquid oxygen vent silencer, used in an oxygen production process, implemented so as to eliminate potentially explosive elements, the vent silencer being produced using copper plates and stainless (SUS) having no risk of explosions to minimize edges that collide with oxygen gas, and comprising: a silencer body for reducing noise by receiving and moving cryogenic liquid gas up and down the inner spaces; and a body support disposed along the outside of the silencer body to elevate the silencer body from the ground and support same.
La présente invention concerne un silencieux d'évent d'oxygène liquide, utilisé dans un procédé de production d'oxygène, mis en œuvre de façon à éliminer des éléments potentiellement explosifs, le silencieux d'évent étant produit à l'aide de plaques de cuivre et d'acier inoxydable (SUS) n'ayant pas de risque d'explosions pour réduire au minimum les bords qui entrent en collision avec l'oxygène gazeux, et comprenant : un corps de silencieux pour réduire le bruit en recevant et en déplaçant un gaz liquide cryogénique vers le haut et vers le bas des espaces internes ; et un support de corps disposé le long de l'extérieur du corps de silencieux pour élever le corps de silencieux à partir du sol et le supporter.
본 발명은 폭발 위험이 없는 재료 동판의 재질과 스테인레스(SUS)로 제작하여 산소 가스와 부딪히는 엣지를 최소화하여 폭발할 수 있는 요소를 제거할 수 있도록 구현한 산소 생산 공정에 사용되는 액체 산소 벤트 소음기에 관한 것으로, 초저온 액체 가스를 전달받아 내부 공간을 상하 방향으로 이동시키면서 소음을 감소시켜 주는 소음기 바디; 및 상기 소음기 바디의 외측을 따라 설치되어 상기 소음기 바디를 지면으로부터 승강시켜 지지하는 바디 지지대;를 포함한다.
