COATING COMPOSITION FOR STEEL BRIDGE OR CONCRETE STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a paint composition capable of being used for either a steel bridge or a concrete structure and a construction method using the same. An object of the present invention is to: improve safety since a wetting agent in a conventional paint compositions is composed of polyethylene glycol monooleyl ether, which is non-toxic and has excellent environmental properties; and improve functions of rust prevention for steel bridges and salt damage and neutralization prevention for concrete structures since silicon carbide and aluminum oxide are added, as additives, to nano silica ceramic to form a robust ceramic-based film. To this end, the present invention relates to a paint composition which is applied to a base surface of a steel bridge or concrete structure to form a coating layer of a certain thickness to improve durability of the base surface. The paint composition comprises water, ceramics, a resin, an anti-foaming agent, a freeze stabilizer, a wetting agent, a pigment dispersant, a pigment, a primary filler, a secondary filler, an antibacterial agent, a retardant solvent, a plasticizer, and a thickener, wherein the wetting agent is polyethylene glycol monooleyl ether (CAS NO 9004-98-2), which is non-toxic and has excellent environmental properties.
본 발명은 강교 또는 콘크리트 구조물에 겸용으로 사용이 가능한 도료조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 도료조성물의 습윤제를 독성이 없으며 환경적 특성이 우수한 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 모노올레일 에테르로 조성함에 따라 안전성을 향상시킴과 함께, 나노실리카의 세라믹에 첨가제인 실리콘카바이드 및 산화알루미늄을 첨가하여 불침투성의 견고한 세라믹계 피막을 형성함으로써, 강교에 대한 방청 및 콘크리트 구조물에 대한 염해와 중성화방지 기능을 향상시키도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 강교 또는 콘크리트 구조물의 바탕면에 도장되어 일정두께의 도막층을 형성하여 바탕면에 대한 내구성이 향상되도록 하는 도료조성물에 있어서, 물과, 세라믹과, 수지와, 소포제와, 동결안정제와, 습윤제와, 안료분산제와, 안료와, 제1충진제와, 제2충진제와, 항균제와, 지연성용제와, 가소제, 및 증점제를 포함하고; 상기 습윤제는 독성이 없으며, 환경적 특성이 우수한 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 모노올레일 에테르(Polyethylene glycol monooleyl ether, CAS NO 9004-98-2);인 것을 특징으로 한다.
