A strand wire re-tensioning structure of the present invention, which can be coupled to various anchor bodies, comprises: a support unit inserting a connection block and a fixing head into a main housing; a strand penetrating a support housing of the support unit to fix the support housing to the fixing head; a tension guide unit coupling a guide housing to the main housing of the support unit and including a tension bolt penetrating the guide housing to couple the guide housing to the connection block, while having a support nut screwed to the tension bolt; a bearing plate penetrated by the tension bolt of the tension guide unit to be fixed with a support nut to maintain a tension state of the strand; and a tension unit connected to a tension bolt exposure end of the tension guide unit to re-tension the strand hydraulically. Therefore, when a tensioning plate is moved forward through control on a hydraulic cylinder, a connected tension rod is pulled and then, the pulled tension rod causes the strand coupled to the fixing head to be pulled and tensioned to maintain a desired tension state, thus accurately and conveniently maintaining the tension state with the support nut of the pulled tension guide unit after tensioning the strand in the desired tension state while substantially maintaining the support state through a pressing grip seated on the fixing head, thereby making easy and accurate the tensioning and re-tensioning of the strand.
본 발명의 강연선 재인장 구조는 다양한 앵커체에 결합하는 구조이므로, 메인하우징의 내부에 연결블록과 고정헤드을 삽입한 지지부와, 상기 지지부의 지지하우징을 관통하여 고정헤드에 고정시키는 강연선과, 상기 지지부의 메인하우징에 가이드하우징을 결합하고 가이드하우징을 관통하여 연결블록에 결합하는 인장볼트를 구비하되 인장볼트에 지지너트를 나사 결합한 인장가이드부와, 상기 인장가이드부의 인장볼트를 관통시켜 지지너트로 고정하므로 강연선의 인장 상태를 유지시키는 지압판, 및 인장가이드부의 인장볼트 노출단에 연결하여 유압으로 강연선을 재인장하는 인장부로 구성하므로, 유압실린더를 제어하여 인장용 플레이트를 전진시키면 연결시킨 인장로드가 당겨지고 이로 인하여 고정헤드에 결합시킨 강연선이 당겨지면서 강연선을 인장하여 원하는 긴장 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 것인 바, 원하는 긴장 상태로 강연선을 인장한 후 당겨진 인장가이드부의 지지너트로 정확하고 간편하게 인장 상태를 유지하도록 함과 동시에 압착그립을 고정헤드에 안착시켜 견고하게 지지 상태를 유지하므로 강연선의 인장 및 재인장 작업이 용이하고 정확하게 수행할 수 있는 것이다.
