A road safety system using sunlight that allows both drivers and pedestrians to recognize the danger when pedestrians and wild animals cross the road
In accordance with the present invention, provided is a road safety system using sunlight in which both a driver and a pedestrian can become aware of danger when the pedestrian and a wild animal are crossing the road, capable of forming a display unit and a guide sign such that a vehicle driver can be aware thereof, and informing the driver and a pedestrian of the entry of the vehicle through various light beams by using a signal detected by a bollard. To achieve the purpose, in accordance with the present invention, the road safety system includes: a detection sensor detecting a pedestrian, weather and whether an accident occurs; a bollard having a solar cell installed in an upper part to supply power, a speaker installed on a side to output a warning voice and an LED transparent window installed on the side to turn on LEDs; and a control unit performing a control operation so as to determine a warning state in accordance with the pedestrian, the weather and whether an accident occurs, detected by the detection sensor, output the corresponding warning voice through the speaker of the bollard, and turn on the LEDs in preset colors on the LED transparent window.
본 발명은 차량운전자가 인식할 수 있도록 디스플레이부와 안내표지판을 형성하고, 볼라드에서 감지한 신호로 운전자와 보행자에게 차량진입을 다양한 불빛으로 안내가 이루어지도록 한 보행자 및 야생동물의 도로횡단시 운전자와 보행자 쌍방이 위험을 인식할 수 있는 태양광을 이용한 도로 안전시스템을 제공한다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은, 보행자, 날씨 및 사고 유무를 감지하는 감지센서; 전력을 공급하는 솔라셀이 상부 설치되고, 경고음성을 출력하는 스피커 및 LED를 점등하는 LED투명창이 측면에 설치된 볼라드; 상기 감지센서에서 감지된 보행자, 날씨 및 사고 유무에 따라 경보 상태를 판단하고, 상기 볼라드의 스피커로 해당 경고음성을 출력시키고, 상기 LED투명창에 미리 설정된 색깔의 LED를 점등하도록 제어하는 제어부;를 포함한다.
