Multistage open hinge device of vehicle loading door
The present invention relates to a rear opening and closing door hinge apparatus of a loaded vehicle cargo box. According to the present invention, while a rotation member slides and rotates along a fixation guide member in conjunction with opening and closing of the rear door of the vehicle cargo box, a roller is operated to span between the rotation member and the fixation guide member at a predetermined location. Therefore, the rear opening and closing door hinge apparatus of the loaded vehicle cargo box of the present invention functions as a stopper to stably maintain an open status of the door. As a result, a multi-stage opening operation of the rear door of the cargo box can be performed with only a very simple structure. The rear opening and closing door hinge apparatus of the loaded vehicle cargo box comprises: the door; a fixation bracket member; a rotation bracket member for door coupling; and a door stopper device.
본 발명은 차량 적재함의 후방 도어 개폐에 연동하여 회전부재가 고정 가이드부재를 따라서 슬라이드 회전하는 중에 소정의 지정된 위치에서 롤러가 회전부재와 고정 가이드부재 사이에 걸쳐지게 되도록 작동되어 스톱퍼로서 기능하여 도어를 개방된 상태에 안정적으로 유지하게 되므로 극히 간단한 구조만으로 적재함 후방 도어의 다단계 개방 조작이 가능한 장점이 있다.
