Disclosed is a floodgate opening and closing apparatus, which can quickly block a floodgate when an emergency occurs by the flow of contaminants being detected on a waterway. To this end, the floodgate opening and closing apparatus according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a main body unit which is installed at the upper portion of a base structure which is installed on a waterway to guide the elevating motion of the floodgate; a manager control unit which is installed at the body unit to be rotated according to the control of the manager; a power delivering unit which is installed at the body unit to be rotated after being linked with the manager control unit; and an elevating motion unit which is installed to penetrate the body unit to be connected to the floodgate and the power delivering unit, and is linked with the power delivering unit to be elevated in order to open and close the floodgate. The present invention further comprises a clutch unit which is installed at the power delivering unit, in order to allow the power deliverance between the manager control unit and the power delivering unit or to block the power deliverance between the manager control unit and the power delivering unit such that the floodgate may be descended by the self-weight.
수로 상에 오염물질의 흐름이 발견되는 긴급상황 발생시 수로를 신속하게 차단할 수 있는 수문개폐장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 수문개폐장치는, 상기 수문의 승강 동작을 안내하도록 수로 상에 설치되는 베이스 구조물의 상부에 설치된 몸체부; 상기 몸체부에 관리자의 조작에 따라 회전되도록 설치되는 관리자 조작부; 상기 관리자 조작부와 연동되어 회전되도록 몸체부에 설치되는 동력전달부; 및 상기 수문 및 동력전달부와 연결되도록 몸체부에 관통되게 설치되고, 상기 동력전달부와 연동되어 수문을 개폐시키도록 승강 동작되는 승강동작부;를 포함하고, 상기 동력전달부에 설치되되, 상기 관리자 조작부와 동력전달부 간의 동력 전달을 허용하거나 또는 상기 관리자 조작부와 동력전달부 간의 동력 전달을 차단하여 수문을 자중에 의해 하강 동작시키는 클러치부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
