Sound-absorbing panel capable of absorbing broadband and method for manufacturing a sound-absorbing panel
The present invention relates to a sound absorption panel, which comprises: a step of generating a first mixing material in which recycled polyester and low melting (LM) polyester are mixed at the weight ratio of 20-60% : 80-40%; a step of generating a second mixing material in which recycled polyester and LM polyester are mixed at the weight ratio of 80-40% : 20-60%; a step of mixing and heating the first mixing material and the second mixing material; and a step of fabricating a sound absorption panel by forming a front surface portion at a predetermined thickness and shape by performing compression molding. The front surface portion has a surface area and at least one curved area of which one portion is formed in a groove shape at the surface area. The curved area may comprise: a first curve which is the boundary of the upper portion; a second curve which is the boundary of the lower portion; and a groove area provided between the first curve and the second curve. Therefore, the present invention can be conveniently installed.
