EXPANSION JOINT APPARATUS PREVENTING ESCAPE AND SEPARATION
The present invention relates to an expansion joint apparatus for preventing detachment and separation. The expansion joint apparatus comprises: a pair of horizontal plates installed at the expansion joint of a bridge or a road and installed horizontally; a pair of vertical plates provided below the pair of horizontal plates, respectively, and installed vertically; anchor bolts coupled to the horizontal plates, and extending downward to be embedded in concrete therebelow; and a drainage member installed below the pair of horizontal plates and between the pair of vertical plates to guide and drain water falling from an upper side between the pair of horizontal plates toward a lateral side. The anchor bolts coupled to the horizontal plates include: a threaded portion screwed to the threaded hole of the horizontal plate; a body portion provided below the threaded portion, and having a diameter greater than that of the thread portion; and a head portion formed below the body portion. The anchor bolt is screwed to the horizontal plate by the threaded portion. Therefore, the present invention can simplify the structure, thereby saving manufacturing and assembly costs, and can improve the coupling structure of the horizontal plate to prevent detachment and separation of the horizontal plate, thereby preventing accidents and saving maintenance costs.
본 발명은 교량이나 도로의 신축이음부에 설치되는 것으로, 수평으로 설치되는 한 쌍의 수평플레이트; 상기 한 쌍의 수평플레이트 각각의 하측에 구비되는 것으로 수직으로 설치되는 한 쌍의 수직플레이트; 상기 수평플레이트에 결합되고 하측으로 연장되어 하측의 콘크리트에 매설되는 앵커볼트; 및 상기 한 쌍의 수평플레이트 하측이면서 상기 한 쌍의 수직플레이트 사이에 설치되어 상기 한 쌍의 수평플레이트 사이 상측으로부터 낙하하는 물을 측면으로 유도 배수하는 배수부재;를 포함하고, 상기 수평플레이트에 결합되는 앵커볼트는 상기 수평플레이트의 나사공에 나사 결합되는 나사부와, 상기 나사부 하측에 나사부보다 직경이 큰 본체부와, 상기 본체부 하측에 형성된 머리부를 포함하고, 상기 앵커볼트는 상기 나사부에 의해 상기 수평플레이트에 나사 결합된다. 본 발명은 구조를 단순화함으로써 제조 및 조립 비용을 절약하고, 수평플레이트의 결합구조를 개선함으로써 수평플레이트의 분리 및 이탈을 방지하여 사고를 방지하고 동시에 유지보수 비용을 절약할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an expansion joint apparatus for preventing detachment and separation.
