The present invention relates to a laminated inter-floor sound insulating material for a building, which is formed by laminating an expandable polyurethane foam layer and a layer made of a different type of resin, thereby improving sound insulation and maintaining sound insulation performance for a long period of time. According to the present invention, by making a material having a low dynamic elastic modulus in a composite to use the same, inter-floor noise is effectively suppressed while heat resistance is improved, to prevent deterioration of sound insulation performance in the long term, so that sound insulation is maintained for a long period of time. Therefore, it is possible to provide a floor structure suitable for construction, which is suitable for the lifespan of a building of 40 years or more.
본 발명은 발포성 폴리우레탄 발포체 층 및 이종의 수지로 이루어진 층을 적층하여 이루어짐으로써, 차음성이 향상하고 차음성능이 장기간 유지되는, 건축물을 위한 적층형 층간 차음재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 동탄성 계수가 낮은 소재를 복합화하여 사용하는 것에 의해 층간 소음을 효과적으로 억제하면서도 내열성도 향상하여 장기적으로 차음 성능의 저하를 방지하여 차음성이 장기간 유지되므로, 40년 이상의 건축물의 수명에 적합한 건축용 바닥 구조체를 제공하는 것이 가능해진다.
