Sound insulation and insulation member for preventing interlayer noise of buildings
The present invention relates to a floor structure for preventing noise between floors in a building such as an apartment house, an office, or a house of two stories or greater. According to the present invention, a sound insulation and thermal insulation member for preventing noise between floors in a building comprises: a vibration-proof member installed between a wall and the floor; and a sound insulation and thermal insulation panel formed of foam polystyrene and a cement mortar finishing material forming the floor. The sound insulation and thermal insulation panel comprises: multiple support protrusions protruding from the lower part at fixed intervals; a noise absorbing unit formed on the lower surface of the sound insulation and thermal insulation panel between the support protrusions; an insertion hole formed in the support protrusion; and a bolt type support member fixed by being inserted into the insertion hole. A curve unit is formed on both sides of the lower part of each of the support protrusion. A small protrusion protrudes downward at fixed intervals across the whole lower surface of the sound insulation and thermal insulation panel, and a noise and vibration stay space maze is formed between the small protrusions. Also, a heat and water vein waves blocking member is installed between the upper surface of the sound insulation and thermal insulation panel and the lower surface of the cement mortar finishing material.
본 발명은 아파트 등과 같은 공동 주택이나 사무실 또는 2층 이상의 주택 등 건축물의 층간소음 방지 바닥구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 바닥부와 벽면 사이에 설치한 방진부재와; 바닥부를 구성하는 시멘트 몰탈 마감재 및 발포 스티로폼으로 형성시킨 차음 및 단열판재;로 구성하고, 상기 차음 및 단열판재는 하부에 일정간격으로 돌출형성한 복수의 지지돌기와; 상기 지지돌기와 지지돌기 사이의 차음 및 단열판재 하부면에 형성한 소음 흡수 요입부와; 상기 지지돌기 내부에 형성한 끼움 구멍; 및 상기 끼움 구멍에 끼워 고정 설치하는 볼트형 지지부재;를 포함하여 구성하는 것에 있어서, 상기 지지돌기 각각의 하부 양측에 만곡부를 형성하되, 상기 차음 및 단열판재의 하부면 전체에 걸쳐 일정간격을 두고 소형 돌기를 하향 돌출시켜 소형 돌기와 소형 돌기 사이에 소음 및 진동 체류 공간 미로(迷路)를 형성하고, 상기 차음 및 단열판재의 상부면과 시멘트 몰탈 마감재 하부면 사이에 열 및 수맥파 차단부재를 설치하여 구성함을 특징으로 한다.
