According to the present invention, a draining device is configured to have a connection state in which a lower pipe, a draining trap, a filtering guide and a connection filtering net are combined with one another. The filtering guide includes: a horizontal supporting part in the shape of a ring having horizontal grooves, the horizontal grooves being recessed toward an inner side wall from an outer side wall of the horizontal supporting part; a filter part connected to the inner side wall of the horizontal supporting part; and a vertical coupling part extending upward from the inner side wall of the horizontal supporting part and having a vertical hole therein. The vertical coupling part has outer openings on a lower part. The outer openings penetrate the inner side wall and the outer side wall of the vertical coupling part and are connected to the vertical hole. An inner opening is provided between the filter part and the horizontal supporting part to be connected to the vertical hole. The horizontal supporting part includes first inclined stoppers, wherein the first inclined stoppers protrude vertically from the upper surface of the horizontal supporting part. Each of the first inclined stoppers includes: a first end part adjacent to any one of the horizontal grooves; and a second end part having height greater than the first end part. Therefore, provided is a variable draining device for filtering foreign materials excellently and preventing contamination around the draining device caused by domestic sewage.

According to the present invention, a draining device is configured to have a connection state in which a lower pipe, a draining trap, a filtering guide and a connection filtering net are combined with one another.
