A method for manufacturing a Buddha-shaped pottery containing a jade bone of the present invention comprises: a first step of manufacturing pottery soil by mixing kaolin soil and jade stone powder in a weight ratio of 1:8-1:12 (S100); a second step of molding a plurality of pottery soil pieces by a plurality of molding frames after mixing the pottery soil and water of the first step (S100), assembling the plurality of pottery soil pieces into one, and molding the Buddha-shaped pottery containing a dead person information displaying unit (10), a stylobate (20), and an inserting unit (30) (S200); a third step of drying the pottery assembled in the second step (S200), and doing a biscuit firing of the pottery for 8-12 hours at 700-1000 ℃ (S300); a fourth step of applying glaze to the biscuit-firing pottery in the third step (S300) (S400); a fifth step of roasting the pottery to which the glaze is applied in the fourth step (S400) at 1200-1400 ℃ for 13-17 hours twice (S500); and a sixth step of inserting the jade bone (40) into the pottery roasted twice in the fifth step (S500) and sealing the inserting unit (30) (S600). The present invention can improve a commemorating effect.
본 발명에 의한 옥골이 포함된 부처님 형상의 도자기 제조 방법은 고령토와 옥돌가루를 1:8~1:12의 중량비로 혼합하여 도자기 흙이 제조되는 제 1단계(S100), 상기 제 1단계(S100)의 도자기 흙과 물을 혼합한 후, 다수 개의 성형틀에 의해 다수 개의 도자기 흙 조각이 성형되고, 상기 다수 개의 도자기 흙 조각이 하나로 조립되어 망자 정보 표시부(10), 기단(20) 및 삽입부(30)가 포함된 부처님 형상의 도자기가 성형되는 제 2단계(S200), 상기 제 2단계(S200)에서 조립된 도자기가 건조된 후, 700~1000℃에서 8~12시간 동안 초벌구이되는 제 3단계(S300) 상기 제 3단계(S300)에서 초벌된 도자기에 유약을 바르는 제 4단계(S400), 상기 제 4단계(S400)에서 유약을 바른 도자기가 1200~1400℃에서 13~17시간 동안 재벌구이되는 제 5단계(S500) 및 상기 제 5단계(S500)에서 재벌구이된 도자기의 내부에 옥골(40)이 삽입되고, 상기 삽입부(30)가 밀봉되는 제 6단계(S600)를 포함하는 것을 것을 특징으로 한다.
