Smart grouting method
The present invention relates to a grouting method. The smart grouting method according to a preferred one embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps of: inputting a construction outline such as a construction name, a construction supervisor, a site representative, a construction number, an injection depth, and a mixing ratio through a terminal (500); and determining, by a control apparatus (200), whether an underground discharge pressure is within a preset lower limit and upper limit range. An objective of the present invention is to provide the smart grouting method capable of preventing splitting due to failure of injection pressure control.
본 발명은 그라우팅 공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 스마트 그라우팅 공법은 공사명, 공사감독자, 현장대리자, 공사번호, 주입 심도 및 배합비와 같은 공사 개요가 단말기(500)를 통해 입력되는 단계; 및 제어장치(200)가 지중 토출 압력이 기 설정된 하한 리미트 및 상한 리미트 범위 안에 있는지 여부를 판단하는 단계를 포함한다.
